Opened 14 Nov 2019

The Medicines Safety Self-Assessment Framework is a specific diagnostic tool that has been developed to enable organisations to self-diagnose their overall approach to medicines safety, identifying potential strengths and opportunities to learn from partners.  The tool is evidence based, and its design has been guided by experts and tested across a variety of organisations. The framework is a diagnostic tool which is intended to prompt organisations to put in place evidence-based changes to improve medicines safety.

Why We Are Consulting

Your involvement in developing the framework to date has been invaluable. Prior to publishing the framework, we would like to check that all the questions are relevant and meaningful in terms of evaluating current practice. This survey (which should take less than 10 minutes) is a single process validation exercise, seeking to have your opinion on each question as an expert in medicines safety.

What Happens Next

Thank you for contributing to the Medicines Safety Self-Assessment Framework. Once the validation process is complete, the results will be collated and you will recieve feedback through your network.
