Effective speaking up arrangements help protect patients and improve the experience of workers. Generally speaking we know the main reasons workers do not speak up are because they fear they might be victimised or because they do not believe anything will change. 

As part of NHS Improvement's commitment to support the trust to develop its speaking up culture we have created a short survey to help understand your experiences so that we can work with the trust to develop actions that will encourage more people to speak up in the future.
